I prefer this mixed with green tea and sida acuta leaves. Bought a kettle/teapot to keep it warm so its always ready to drink. I break up this because its a hard twig, bark type of plant, but it makes good tea.

Very pleased...lovely dry, fresh herbs. They grind up well in a coffee mill. Packaging is airtight and resealable. Lots of herbs for the price! Im making decoctions of this and knotweed, and the taste is very earthy and a bitter taste, so i add lemon, and drink as tea. Thankful to obtain this rare root herb from lyme herbs!
